Deposits
- A deposit and signed contract is required to guarantee your reservation. The deposit is 33-50% of your total reservation fee.
- Full payment is required one week in advance of your date.
- The deposit is refundable if you cancel your reservation at least 30 days or longer prior to the date, less a $25.00 processing fee.
- If the reservation is canceled within the 30 day period, it will be refunded if we rebook the time to another customer, less our $25.00 processing fee.
- Deposits may be paid with a Visa or Master Card over the telephone.
Payment
- Payment may be made by Visa or Master Card. You may pay the full balance at the time of your deposit.
Start Time/End Time
- Your time starts when we pick up the first passenger and ends when we drop off the last passenger.
- We recommend that you limit pickup locations in order to maximize your allotted time.
- If you live outside the Portland metro area (25 mile radius of downtown) we have longer minimums and your time starts when we pick you up.
Extra Time
- Reservations are booked by the hour.
- We allow 10 minutes extra time if your reservation is 2 hours or more. Any time over 10 minutes will be charged in quarter-hour increments, plus gratuity and fuel surcharge.
- Some trips may need to end exactly as scheduled because of another booking following yours.
- Some tours will have the flexibility and time available to extend if there is not another booking following yours.
- Extra time will be charged at the applicable hourly rate and include driver gratuity and fuel surcharge.
Gratuity
- Gratuity is calculated at 10% when you reserve your tour. If your reservation is paid in full, including gratuity, then no further gratuity is necessary.
- You may offer additional gratuity to the driver, at your discretion.
- The driver will indicate that the gratuity has already been collected before accepting any additional gratuity.
Smoking
- We observe a strict NO Smoking policy in our vehicles.
- If anyone smokes in a vehicle, we will charge a $125.00 cleaning fee and end the reservation.
Alcohol
- Adults 21 and over are allowed to drink alcoholic beverages in the passenger areas of our vehicles.
- Glass containers and kegs are not allowed on our vehicles.
- Guests must be able to present valid I.D. to the driver regarding their age.
- Obviously we do not allow anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages.
- We do not supply alcohol.
- The company reserves the right to refuse or terminate transportation to any person that displays aggressive behavior or appears to be under the influence of alcohol, or other intoxicating substances.
Wheelchair accessible vehicles
- One of our vehicles has a wheelchair lift.
- The wheelchair accessible vehicle carries 12 passengers.
- Groups with disabled members are responsible for providing trained personnel capable of providing assistance to the disabled in the event of an emergency.

Young passengers
- We are happy to accommodate elementary, middle and high school students.
- We highly recommend an adult to accompany elementary students.
- Adults are not required to travel with middle and high school students, but welcome to do so.
- Any policy not adhered to by young passengers may cause us to terminate the service.
Catering
- We can recommend wonderful local caterers for delicious gourmet box lunches.
- Menu and pricing available upon request.
- Catering priced separately from transportation quote.
On the clock and at your service:
- Driver will provide a cell number while you are at dinner or the event so you may contact them at any time for a pick up.
Extra Fees
- Parking, tolls, and entry fees for parks and/or attractions are the responsibility of the custome
